Question: How often will the Oil & Gas Co. pay the royalties out on the lease, every month or every five years?

It probably depends on the company and the wording on the lease. I think they are supposed to pay at least once a year. I am not an attorney.

Mine is monthly. Lease in Louisiana for decades…

Monthly if it’s over $100 dollars…if less, they wait until it is.
