What happens when a oil company makes a mistake, and leaves your intrest out of a division order? Or assigns them to some one else. Are you untitled to all back payments. If so how hard is it to obtain these from company. I have already been In contact with them and by there own admission they say the person we sold 1/2 intrest to is there, but not us. We are were he obtained his half. I have sent a copy of deed so they can review and see we only let go of half. Just wondering what to expect.
