Oil is now $70/barrel. Has anyone seen any activity in this area of Montana?

Culbertson is in 28N-56E.
After being the “original” Bakken play, Montana has not had much oil and gas activity at all in recent years. Almost all activity occurs on the North Dakota side of the border. Also, capital budgets are set well in advance, so oil hitting $70 (or more) will not instantly trigger activity…it lags at least a year or more.
