We have approx. 500 net mineral acres in Roosevelt County, Montana near the North Dakota border. The area has been recently spaced with new permits issued to nearby sections. We have never had experience with oil wells and not sure what to expect $ wise as it appears wells are productive in this area. How long after a permit has been issued is a well drilled? The lease runs out in 2012.
