Ron, thanks for the help. Yes we are listed 29th under Fred Hall. The Cause CD NO 201402977-T.

Gloria CD 201402977 is for a spacing The link I sent in the post below was for the Pooling ,CD 201402978 The pooling order was dated July 17 The lease was up the End of Sept. The well was spud or started in July.

So can you tell me why we are not on the pooling order. Should we consider hiring an attorney?

They drilled the well in July . Your lease looks like it was not up until Sept. Is that correct ?

Yes Ron that is correct.

If it is a good well they have 6 months from date of first sale to start paying you or they have to pay you 12% interest. You were still under lease is why you were not on the pooling. The only ones listed on pooling are the ones who have not leased.

Roger Mills: Apache Corp.; Jim 24-12-23 No. 1H Well; NE1/4 SE1/4 SW1/4 SW1/4 (SL) of 24-12N-23W; 1251 barrels oil per day, 1,040,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 14,443.

I am looking for info of activity for sec1 12N25W Rogers Mill. I leased with Laredo in July 2012 and never saw any activity in this section. I have not had any communication about this property from Laredo. Now I receive a division order from EnerVest. The property name is Little Chief 1H1. What can you tell me about this property.

Can anyone recommend income tax prep software that is good for royalty reporting?

Thanks

Evening,

My question is can I find out by myself or do I need professional help to find out how many mineral acres I actually own in 24/ne/4/14n/26w. My final decree dated June 1938 says 6.2 acres, a lease offer from Frontier Land in 2005 says 3.259 and R.K Pinson in 2012 send me a draft for 4.444 acres. Please advise

Looking for a landman, I was recommended a fellow named John Parrish. Anybody got a telephone number?

Hi Ron, This is Gloria Hall I asked you a few questions in October. Guess the well was not viable have not heard anything.

They got a well .

If you don't get a check in March they need to pay you 12% interest.

House Bill 2177 is being discussed in the Oklahoma House right now, and it impacts royalty owners. It's worth the time to read and listen to this.

Could anyone suggest leads on who I could contact to sell several pieces of mineral rights property located in Roger Mills. Also, there are no wells on these pieces but i am interested in someone who can give me a realistic fair market value. Thank you. Roy Wright

I just received a "shut-In payment" on a lease dated 1972 for 1 month. Would anyone explain to me what this is about?

I have interest in Roger Mills and was wondering if there is any leasing going on in the area? My wells are 17-12N-24W and 22-12N-24W. If anyone has any idea of leasing please let me know. Thanks, Scott
