Just received a bonus lease offer for Section 31-13N-25W in Roger Mills Co. $1000. an acre for 1/5, 3 year; or $1300. an acre for 3/16, 3 year - they would not give an offer for 1/4. Is that about right or have there been better offers? They also wanted to add on the 2 year lease offer but that's not a negotiable option with us. Between myself and my 3 siblings we own 20 acres.

have a "deep rights" unsolicited lease offer on 25-13N-25W. Three producing wells. Hold or accept? How does bonus value differ with "deep rights"

10 acres; Thanks for assistance

woops - 2 wells on 25-13n-25w

Carolyn, I hope someone explains what a "deep rights" lease is. Is it leasing for possible drilling in different zones than what is being produced presently?

yes, but how much would that affect lease value? Presume landman representing surface operator. Tonkawa formation; oil & gas

Here is what they were ordered to offer in some poolings in 13n-25w.

Thanks Ron. I saw the application for pooling in Sec. 30. That Sec. 7 sounds great. Maybe I have some hope. . . I have a 3/16th interest in Sec. 23.

We received pooling order from OCC for Apache Oil Section 36. Lease
