Anyone else in this section getting offers? 28 TS 16N, R21W I am having difficulty scrounging up comparables. Maybe there aren’t any.
The only lease that has been filed so far in that section is by Aunix Energy for 3/16ths. Upland, Anadarko and RD Williams are in the township ranging from 3/16ths to 1/5th so far. I only see four leases filed in the last 24 months, so early in the timeline.
Many of the sections in that township are already held by production, so that explains part of it. The play that is developing is horizontal wells for the Cherokee/Red Fork shale.
