I own 1/4 undivided interest in 800 acres in Roberts County, Texas. A landman has called with a leasing offer which is considerably less than what I have received on minerals that I own 30 miles west of this location. Does anyone have information as to the going rate in this area? The land is located NW of Canadian, Texas.
