I received a certified letter yesterday from Riviera Resources Inc. with Notice of Dissolution of 1) Riviera Resources Inc., 2) Linn Merger Sub #1, LLC, 3) Riviera Upstream, LLC and 4) Riviera Operating, LLC.

Dissolution was December 18, 2020.

The letter says "All Claims against the Corporation must be received by 2/28/21. As a royalty owner, unaware of what they may yet to have paid royalties on, is there anything that I need to do?

That is typically a notice you get when there has been an asset sale. You would need to make a claim but also get details on the asset sale.
