Risk of horizontal drilling under us

Hi. I have some mineral rights in Sec 8 1N 6W. We have zero wells but there appears to be a well nearby. Can anyone tell me what that is producing and is there any risk of horizontal drilling under us. Just trying to figure out what we want to do in the future with this. The well nearby is Howard API# 35-137-25293 (i believe) sorry I am very new to this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. All of us were new at some point!

There are three old wells in that section. Pear, (P&A) Howard (3513724989-inactive last production 6-2019)) and Scott 8-A (P&A)

Not likely to be a horizontal any time soon. The Woodford shale is going to be very deep and very hot, so not as optimal as sections to the east. Not economic at this time.
