How can you find out if your lease with Riley Huff will be one of the leases that has to be deeded to Longview. Does anyone think Longview will sell those leases? Thanks

When you say Longview are you referring to Longview, Texas? If it is Longview, Texas you might join the Gregg County Group and inquire/ask those Forum members for an answer.

Longview Energy out of Dallas. Longview Energy sued Riley Huff and won the suit. Now RH (Riley Huff) has to turn over their leases. I see on the internet - some article say leases and some say leases in Zavala County...little confusing. Just wondering if anyone knows more that what is being reported. Thanks!! We have a lease with Riley Huff in Karnes County - but no drilling as of yet.
Check with the ounty Clerk office.....if a "lis Pendens" is filed against your property you could be included in the leases in question.. This is a legal term I cannot fully explain but Longview filed these against all the leases involved. Dont know time frame for these to clear after judgement entered by court.
