Rights transfer death of rights holder

I have a question related to this topic. My Son is the heir for his Father rights. It is for EQT out of Canonsburg, PA. I have form to get notarized, no will. But it says: If the decedent did not have a Will, please complete, notarize, and record the enclosed Affidavit of Heirship form in Greene County, PA, along with a copy of the Death Certificate. How do I get recorded in that county if I can’t do it in person. Without spending a lot of money for a court filer/courier service? Thank you

Call the county courthouse and ask them about the proper procedure. They probably handle quite a bit by mail. Send by certified mail return receipt with a check for recording fees (ask them the amount).
