I have a problem which I don’t really know how to go about, but here it goes. There have been some girls actually (neighbors) crossing our property to get the school bus but while they’re waiting for the bus, as soon as they get on the bus they throw their trash half to the city side and the other half to our property. Then the same day the bus brings them back again and sure enough they bring trash and throw it again on the property. I’ve talked and told their parents but they don’t do anything about it. The question is: Who has the right? I know that I have rights for my property but when it comes to the property of the city connecting to my property, those girls will throw trash and they won’t pick it up even if you tell them. Do I have the right to tell them to pick it up when in fact I saw them?
