Rights sale question

Hi, how does one go about figuring out whether an offer to purchase mineral rights south of Gonzales is good enough to take?

At a minimum, would need to provide the section, township and range. If you can even provide an address, the STR can be deduced from that. There is no blanket answer for a ‘fair’ offer - it depends on exact location, activity, etc. If you know STR, I can do a quick look to see what’s going on in the area.
