I was wondering if anyone can tell me what an ROW for a 12” water line is going for per rod and the length of the term might be in Ward or Winkler Co Tx?

Dear Ms. Hogg,

10 year renewable term tied to CPI index.

For my clients, I try to get at least 10x the rate in the University Schedule, with the company paying my fee. Most of the time they will pay the fee of a consultant or attorney.

I will also inside that a refined Pipeline Easement form be negotiated - not what they proffer.
