Revision to "Price of Acreage near Lamar,CO"

I have inherited approximately 300 acres in Section 8/Section 9 just north of Lamar. I live in Tennessee and I am thinking about selling them. Anybody have an approximate idea of price per acre? (From $10 to $???) The land is clear and open.

I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

I would take a wild guess and say Lamar, Colorado since that is in the title of the thread and a visit to Mr. Matthews’ home page says he is a mineral and surface owner in Colorado.
