Revision to "Price of Acreage near Lamar,CO"

I have inherited prox 300 acres in section 8/section 9 just north of Lamar. I live in

Tennessee and I am thinking about selling them. Anybody have an approx idea of price per

acre? (From$10 to $??????) The land is clear and open.

I would any help on this. Thanks

I would take a wild guess and say Lamar, Colorado since that is in the title of the thread and a visit to Mr. Matthews home page says he is a mineral and surface owner in Colorado.
