I have inherited approximately 300 acres in Section 8/Section 9: Township 22 South, Range 46 West just north of Lamar County. I live in Tennessee and I am thinking about selling them. Anybody have an approximate idea of price per acre? (From $10 to $???) Not selling the mineral rights, just the land.
A realtor would have an idea. Go to the website for the regulatory agency in Colorado with jurisdiction over real-estate agents. You should be able to search for licensed agents within that County.
