Revised well?

I have a small interest in the RT Glass well in Leon Co. The well sits on my survey the BM Lewin A-485. The first take point is just barely on the survey. The royalty payments stopped several months ago. I suppose due to a second leg being added to the well, the KG Glass. I recently received a check that included the months of no payment. I thought the amount seemed to be low, then noticed my decimal has been lowered. Comstocks owner relations coordinator thinks the decimal has been lowered because the well has been revised. I asked the lady to give me a detailed explanation plus any filings with the RRC that might have been necessary. My question is how can a horizontal well be revised? Has the take point been moved? That’s the only way I can think of.

Thanks in advance for any information.

I just now got a notice from Comstock. They are assigning my query to a DO Analyst. Gotta wait 30 to 60 days for an answer.

RT Glass goes roughly to the southeast and the KG Glass goes roughly to the north, northwest in the opposite direction. They shut in the first well while they frac’d the other well. They are using the same surface pad site. Comstack will eventually get back to you. You can use the TX GIS map to see the as-drilled final plat.
