How do you acquire information from operator as to whether or not mineral owner’s sales are calculated at the wellhead or into the pipeline? Permian won’t supply this information.
Have you sent a demand letter by certified mail? Does your lease have a clause that states where you will be paid? In Texas, many leases have “at the wellhead” language.

A certified letter has been sent. Lease stipulates we are to be paid on gross receipts into the pipeline, without any deductions other than production taxes. E-mail from Permian attorney states that Permian on all of its production pays at the wellhead.
