Hi Brian. The $1000 bonus you received is higher then what we were just recently offered by Upstream which was 3/3 - $700/acre with a 17% royalty. We also live south of Bennett and this is the second time they’ve come through our area also. I think the more important thing is to make sure you have a decent royalty offer and that you closely review the lease itself. We’re still reviewing the lease and haven’t signed anything yet. Could I ask what the terms of your lease offer is? Thanks.
