We’re looking for a reputable oil & gas attorney in the Haskell, Texas area to review new oil & gas leases on properties located in Haskell, Washington County, and LaSalle County. We are not from Texas and are unsure as to the market rate per acre for leases in these areas. We also want someone knowledgeable to review the contract language, and to assist with the transfer of land and mineral rights ownership. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
