My lease in Lawerence county Pa has expired a few yrs ago. I still receive Royalty Disbursemnts from the company my lease is with. My question is do they renew the lease or does it just continue i\under the expired lease agreement?
The lease has not expired. The primary term of the lease only matters if they fail to establish production by the expiration date. Once production is established, the lease is Held By Production for as long as production continues.
Right, as long as it produces the lease will continue. If they drill more wells our royalties should increase. You'll get notices.
