Removed from ownership of oil rights without permission

I think I was unknowingly removed from deceased parents’ oil wells and mineral rights in Arkansas by my estranged, older brothers. Either that, or they simply are not sending any pay outs, perhaps they are not producing. They may have been sold too, but this is also unknown. One brother always handled them, and I only know the four counties they were located in. My dad made me memorize the counties as a little kid. Can I find the properties/rights using previous ownership names and who owns them now and sold dates if applicable? Yes, it is a very difficult relationship. If there is any recourse, I would truly like to a lawyer/mediator, as they are very intimidating. Thank you.

Title documents are maintained with the County Clerk/Recorder Office. They do not maintain an ownership list, so you would have to develop any ownership or ownership changes by an examination of the records, You can always retain an attorney for a review, but you should assess the economic value prior to retaining an attorney. An attorney or landman can provide a title review.
