I hAve had a clear title with Triangle petroleum since April 2015 and have signed a three lease with them.
I still have not received a check for my share of the monies that have been held in suspense. Are they supposed to release those funds in a certain time frame?

I signed the Division order at the end of November 2015. They indicated to me that accounting had some work to do to update the section that are mineral rights are in which they had completed and the division order analyst said that now they needed to work on the back pay part of it. She said this back in December 2015. I have been trying to reach them ever since with no response from them. Thank you for your response Charles
