I am looking to reinvest.
I have(or am in the process of) selling some minerals across Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.
I am looking to reinvest that money, and I have so long to find replacement property to do a 1031 exchange for tax purposes.
Does anyone know any good landmen that could help find some property?
I am not looking to use a broker as they charge way more than they are worth, I want to purchase directly from the source, and would like to make a landman some money in the process, instead of a broker.
