I have not signed a lease. Offered $7, 500 pnm. Thanks to Clint Liles I have found there are

4 approved permits to drill from and into Sect 72/Block 4. I have no idea what to do. Wait

and see what happens about overlap? Deal with those who have permits?

Do you know how many net mineral acres you own? I may know a party who will pay higher for your lease, but not certain. The amount of acreage can help your negotiating strength if it's a larger portion.
