Buzz – Thanks for the info. The current lease is with San Saba.

Imoorhead – seems to include you… San Saba is offering 13,000 gross (10,200 net), primarily contiguous, acres in the middle of this rapidly expanding play in Reeves County, Texas. Bids due May 1st. Later – Buzz

Craig – you mentioned Apache, who only recently has shown permitting activity in Reeves, i.e., 7 applications in the last 5 months. One of those is a horizontal Phantom (Wolfcamp) test in H&GN BLK 2, SEC 8 (A-5633), only 1-1/2 miles north of you. Good Luck. Later – Buzz

Kurt – you’re currently in the fringe area to the west of intense drilling S and SE of Pecos. However, Petrohawk is currently drilling the MCAFEE C17-21 #1H (A-1410) about 5 miles N (slightly W) of you. Later – Buzz

Just heard from BHP that our “title issue” has been cleared up and payments will begin the end of May. Been quite a journey and thanks to all on this board for their information.

Wade and Buzz, thank you both for sharing your time with us.

Disappointing news for our lease on Section 64 Block 4 NW of Pecos. Just got a response from Bhpbilliton/Petrohawk, while there is a permit to drill and that was the plan, there is no current schedule to drill. As we have one more year on the lease…how does this information effect our consideration of mutiple offers we contiue to recieve to buy or partial lease? Yes Buzz and Wade are an outstanding help!

Thanks Buzz. I have calls in to Cimarex and Apache. We will see what happens.

Hello all- I saw the investment prospectus and noticed that my section is directly below Yucca 4, SE/4 C8-28. Any suggestions on what I should do or could do to lease my parcel?

So sorry to hear the news Marian. But how did you get them to respond to you? I have made inquiries of the same kind to Eagle Oil and Gas and received no response at all.

Paul – last I heard (within the past 6 mnths) BHP/Petrohawk was running 28 rigs in the Eagle Ford and 8 in the Permian. Later – Buzz

Paul – good to hear… and thanks for the feedback. Later – Buzz

Daniel – also, could be different surveys, e.g. PSL BLK 56, T&P BLK 56. Latre – Buzz

Buzz, based on the San Saba prospectus that Imoorhead included in the post below do you think that would point me in some direction to a potential lessor?

I am sorry… the Reeves County map…

Daniel,

Probably a different township.

Marian – hopefully, they can be put back on the schedule. Currently, Petrohawk is moving further north in the Orla area and has began permitting vertical wells… their last 5 permits in the last 2-1/2 month.

Aren’t your permitted wells the Geltemeyer 2H & 3H, A-1390? Later – buzz
