Reeves County, TX - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Phyllis - Lots of activity and high prices.

Three Rivers is selling itself, again. I anticipate they will stay pretty active in leasing and developing until they sell, though, as that has been their MO in the past. http://www.oilandgasinvestor.com/third-times-charm-three-rivers-sel…

Interesting article on Apache’s efforts to develop Alpine High with minimal impact on freshwater resources.

I had that problem earlier this year. Try clearing your cache/cookies in settings.

Not able to access any recent comments. The “latest” showing is April 5. Ideas?

Either there were few posts, or the problem is systemic. After 5 April, see just three posts – two from today and one from last Wednesday.

We as a family are considering selling our royalties to some interested buyers. Does anyone know of recent activity in Block 13? We have 320 acres, section is 107 in the western flank of the play, and we are permitted with one producing well. Operator Clayton Williams. (I’m aware of one recent sale of 13,100.) Thank you much

John, Are you in Block 13? We received an offer letter for 11,200. nma today.

Jamie - was that for a lease or sale?

Now I see John O’Neil, you were referring to a lease offer. Sorry, I misunderstood!

We rec’d $7500/acre, and 25% recently.

sale

We have been offered $4,500/nma + 25% to lease in Section 25, Block C-17. Anybody have any idea if this is a good deal?

JM

Based on directional and MWD surveys Silverback filed it looks like Big Fundamental 4-52 1-H was spudded 11/22/26 and reached 15,165’ TD (10,377’ TVD) 12/14/16.

Silverback had applied for a Rule 37 exception on 11/15 and the deadline for protest wasn’t until 12/6/16 so I’m assuming they had gotten everyone to sign off and RRC approved the exception without a hearing.

WE are in Section 6, Block 60. We signed a 3 year lease, with no renewal option, 25% royalty, for $7500.

OOPs…that’s block 50.

Hi, does anyone know the current bonus and royalty for the area located around or near NW4 of Section 2 Block C-9, A-5488 in the PSL Survey? Our lease expired and we are receiving many offers for lease and sale. Thanks for any information. Joyce

Joyce – Rosetta Resources obtained a permit 4-4-17 for their MARSHALL DILLON STATE 2-25 A #1H.

The plat filled with the permit shows the horizontal lateral crossing the ~160-acre NW4 of SEC 2.

I suggest you contact Rosetta if they are not dealing with you currently. Later – Buzz

Any one know if the Big Fundamental 4-52 1-H sec 52 Blk 4 was ever drilled?

Thanks Dusty. Do you know any completion records?
