I leased land to Petrohawk. They paid my bonus at the same time. $2000 an acre. The land is located in subdivision of Section 44 Block 57 Township 3 Abstract 3036 also Section 46 Block 57 Township 3 Abstract 3035. I was paid a bonus of $2000 per acre. Anyone know anything about this area?

They are currently drilling (on their 118th dayā¦ abnormally long) a horizontal-permitted location (rig activity report w/e 3-16-12), 7.4 mi SW of Orla in T&P 58-T2S-48. Also, they have approved permits 7.4 miles SW of Orla in T&P 58-T2-48 (your section); 10.0 SW of Orla in PSL 45-3 and 10.0 SW of Orla in PSL 45-10. Just signed lease in August with CWE - 3 years primary, 2 year option. Of course I signed before being educated - so the lease options are not fantastic - but I think they are ok. Got two kids to put through college - so the temptation to sell keeps creeping in - but we aināt doing that any time soon.
