We own a 15.555% undivided interest in S/80 acres of E/2 of Section 305, Blk 13, H&GN Ry. Co. Survey, A-341, Reeves County Texas.

We have been approached to grant a permanent pipeline easement for a single pipeline for transporting crude oil and and associated substances, 30 foot wide permanent easement and 50 foot wide temporary work space, 23.86 rods in total.

Is $154 a rod fair market value for easements in this section?
