I am curious to know what the going price is per net mineral acre in Reeves County, Texas, Section 69, Block 4. Any offers to surrounding areas would be helpful to know as well. Have received numerous offers lately for the minerals and the surface land. Thank you.
Minerals should be 15-20K per NMA, and the surface if it’s in a good location could go for 30K an acre. What has been your highest offer?
