Has there been a general discussion about leasing in and under PECOS there in Reeves County?

Knew about that, who are they? How much experience do they have and what’s their offer?
Ralph- It varies depending on what area of the county you are in. There are over a dozen active operators in that very large county, so it would help if you could be more specific.
Ralph- My apologies, I did not look back at your original question which was the town of Pecos. There are at least 3-4 groups trying to lease under Pecos. Unfortunately, cannot share who because I am working on numerous leases there.
Have several offers, am most interested in those that will eventually drill for that black stuff.
