Is there a class action lawsuit for landowners in blk 45 to attempt to retrieve the minerals from when the state of Texas did not relinquish the minerals when it was sold to Tony Masarweh in 2005? The minerals were kept by the state. In 2020 there was a post about a potential class action lawsuit for the minerals retrieval for the landowners. Can anyone provide a status on this? I would like to join that lawsuit if this is active.
State of Texas routinely retains all minerals in perpetuity when it sells surface. You and other owners do not have a cause of action for this.

Closest permit activity in the past 12 months are a series of N-S Horizontals (6) by Occidental about 3-3.5 miles due east
