I own mineral rights SW part of Section 136, block 13 H & GN RR Co survey , Reeves County does anyone know what is being paid for leases in/around this area?

did you ever receive any responses to this question? I'm your neighbor with Sections 108 & 137, Block 13 H&GN RR survey. I was told mid summer that the leases were going for $1K-$3K per acre. Let me know if you've heard differently please, I'm curious as well.
