Reeves CAD is sending out 2023 appraisal notices for wells which began producing in late 2022. Look for notices for the various MIPA wells which Permian Resources completed from Sept-Dec 2022 and which have only recently been put in pay for royalties. Be sure to pull the CAGI detail Mineral Work Papers which explain how the valuations were made. Based on monthly county average oil and gas prices from January 2022 until first month of production.
