Hi- I'm new to the forum and have been told that this is the section to participate in discussions. I would like to know if anyone else has been getting higher offers lately. Out of state guys have offered $40,000 pma, and $5,000 - $8,000 surface. I'm also getting calls and letters regarding a pipe to be installed across or around my land, and electric lines to go across the land. Besides the land in Reeves, I also have Midland land. Does anyone know how much and who is offering to lease minerals under homes in Midland?
At this time, I have not accepted anything...I'm just thinking and trying to learn. I can't find the current price for pipelines or electric lines in my area, or the average price for mineral acres or surface here. Thanks!
