I received a lease offer on my minerals in Reeves County, Block 4, Section 74 from Upcurve Energy for $3000/acre. Has anyone else gotten any lease offers around here?
You need to post the royalty that goes with that offer as the bonus amount is paired with the royalty. Higher royalty, lower bonus. Most of us prefer the higher royalty since it usually pays out substantially more in the long run. The bonus is not as important.
There have been offers around 10000/acre in PSL C-7 recently. That is a little more oil weighted, but as proximate as I can give specifics on. Standard delaware 1/4th.
