Red Bluff and Oneok dispute

Hi, can anyone tell me about the outcome of the dispute where Red Bluff wanted to drill Section 27, Township 15N, Range 5W, which was below a ONEOK storage void? I have mineral rights there and am curious to know if they worked out their problem or just gave up. Thx. John

Red Bluff spud the Herod 2-27 well back in March. No completion report filed yet.

Thanks, then does that mean there are plans to put it in production, or does Red Bluff intend to walk away from it? Pardon my ignorance. Thanks, John

If it is productive, they will produce it and you will get revenue.
