Recommendation for attorney in North Dakota

I live outside North Dakota but set up a Living Trust with an attorney in my state of residence. We also have mineral rights and receive royalties from our property in McKenzie County. I have confidence in the attorney that set up the Trust however I would feel more comfortable if I had another attorney do a review of it, mainly because of the minerals aspect.

Does anyone know of a good trust attorney in western ND that would be willing to review our present trust?

There is a large lawyer group called Crowley Fleck in Williston that our family has used. They are very knowledgeable on all aspects of the oil industry, etc.

Terry, I highly recommend talking to either Dennis Johnson or Ross Sundeen at Johnson & Sundeen in Watford City. They have a very strong mineral owner representation and trust and estates practice.
