Good is a matter of opinion. I suggest that you ‘google’ O&G attorneys in the county, city, state you live. Many attorneys advertise first consultation free. Use their offer to ask your question and rate plan. He/she does not have to live in Reeves County. Most everything is done online these days. Good luck,
