Looking for more information about my grandmother’s mineral rights. MPH Production company called and offered to purchase them from her for 100 dollars per acre. She owns half of 207 acres of mineral rights in Township 26 South, Range 69 West, 6th P.M. I just want more info to make sure she isn’t getting ripped off and whether or not selling them is a good idea.
I have Huerfano County mineral rights, my lease is up next month, I was wondering if you know anything that is going on now in that area? Did your grandmother sell or lease her acreage? We got $50 an acre for leasing only on the current lease.
