Hello everyone,
Being new I have a basic question. I the inherited the mineral rights to 48 acres outside of Clinton, OK. I have a 3 year lease with Chesapeake that is ending next month. Chesapeake is not interested in renewing the lease so, I was wandering if anyone here could tell me are energy companies actively leasing in the area and or are they engaged in exploration in that area or they are not doing anything right now.
