I have some minerals in Cheyenne County that have not had much activity recently. We have been contacted by Bold Resources on behalf of Earthstone Resources and the latest offer is 3 year primary term @ $ 22 / nma with 3 year extension @ $ 33 / nma, 1/6th royalty. I have not heard of Earthstone Resources nor to I know of other activity in the area. Would like to hear if anyone else is active.
