I have received an offer to lease 20.0000 net mineral acres in the above-mentioned Section and Block. Can anyone tell me if Veritas 321 is legit and if this might be a good decision?
$450 per net acre bonus on 3-year term, two-year option and 1/4th royalty? These are inherited mineral rights and have no knowledge of the area or oil activity in Howard County. Thanks,
