I have a Copy of a copy many times over. Oil and Gas Lease Revised about 1957. Need a copy with readable boiler plate. maybe form 306 but not sure. Printed by Hall and Poorbaugh Roswell NM.

You may be able to find and purchase this document online. Go to : Advanced Search I looked for leases taken by Yates to see if I could find a similar one for you, but didn’t see any. You might be able to use recording information on the last page to help locate something. You may also try sweet-talking the county clerk to pull and email you a copy of the lease, if this one was recorded. Good luck and feel free to reach out if you need more help.
