I recently received a Paid-Up Oil and Gas Lease for the minerals that I own in Payne County, Oklahoma. I live in the state of Washington so I have no idea what a fair rate would be. Does anyone have current rates for the area near Sec. 15, Township 20N, Range 04E, Payne County, OK?? Since I am not familiar with this type of lease, should I have it reviewed and negotiated by an attorney?
