are any landmen buying leases the area?
forrest armentrout - I spent quite a bit of time trying to find someone to lease property from a client of mine. While I probably didn't contact every developer out there (the smaller ones can be hard to find) I talked with a bunch of them. Most aren't interested because it's all dry gas. There was one guy who was possibly interested. How much property do you have?

Blue Scape Resources was a bust for us. They wanted to buy at bargain basement prices. We aren't interested. Right now we have some shallow wells on two parcels, but we have a third parcel that is wide open if someone was to approach us for a lease. The shallow wells aren't making much for us.
