Nothing to do with oil and gas, but my front stock tank is up about 4".
The middle tank (thanks to the pipeline company coming across with
their great big dozer), is up almost 9" (it has much better runoff).
Thanks to pipelines and dozers and whomever (or He-ever) sent it!
My fishing-fool grandson is glad his bass won't fry (anytime soon).
This may be a life saving rain for a lot of farmers and ranchers. Also the towns that were seeing their water supplies evaporating, possibly a help to them. My stock ponds in Wilbarger County have been dry for months.

Very nice relief in DFW from 104 degrees to 70! Oh and the grass is now green instead of brown.
I am very glad that parts of Texas got relief.
But Texas is a big state, and most of Texas did not.
