Has any one had any offers from Perry operating. We own 60 mineral acres out of 320 of the Tract 1 and 2 of Southeast quarter of Robert S. Owings Survey Abstract No 130 and Southwest quarter of same. We received offer of $50.00 per net mineral acre for bonus in September 2013. Has any one else had offer? I feel this offer is very low along with the offer of 1/8 of royalty.
