Quitclaim Deed for Individual to Three Individuals as Joint Tenants

My father owned the mineral rights in Pittsburgh County, he passed, his will leaves everything to my mother. She does not want them, and wants to give them to me and my two brothers. Can anyone recommend a lawyer in Pittsburg County that can complete the Quitclaim Deed for Individual to Three Individuals as Joint Tenants to me? Or is there some other action I need to take? Thank you.

Unless there is a reason why it wouldn’t be desirable, I would deed the property to the three of you as undivided interests, then all of you would be free agents in the future in leasing or sales. I have seen alot of acrimony over joint tenancy and very little when family members have undivided interests, and almost none when those with undivided interests learn they are not bound by someone elses bad lease.

Thank you, and good points. Does anyone have a contact in McAlister OK that I could use to move forward? Thank you.
